  • How much does Knotbook cost?

    Knotbook is a subscription you start in the iOS app, with a 7-day free trial. Pricing is shown right inside the App Store, so there are no surprises. Cancel anytime from your Apple ID settings.

  • Do I need anything besides the app?

    No. Sign up, tell us a little about your wedding, and you can start planning in five minutes. Everything lives in your phone, on iPhone and iPad, always in sync.

  • Can my partner and wedding party use it too?

    Yes. You control who has access and what they can see. Your partner gets full access by default. Wedding party members and family can be invited with limited views: timeline only, tasks only, RSVPs only, whatever fits.

  • How does the planning assistant know my wedding details?

    When you sign up, you tell us your date, your rough budget, your guest count, and a few preferences. The assistant uses that context to give answers and recommendations specific to your wedding. The more you tell it, the more useful it gets.

  • What about vendors I already booked?

    Add them in the vendor section. They show up on your timeline, against your budget, and the assistant can route messages to them on your behalf. You stay in the loop, you stay in control.

  • Is my data private?

    Your wedding details are yours. Your wedding party sees only what you choose to share with them. Knotbook never sells your data, ever.

  • What if my venue uses Knotbook too?

    Even better. Your account links automatically and you unlock venue-specific package details, policies, and your coordinator team. If your venue is not on Knotbook yet, you still get every planning tool, you just plan from your side.
